This is not an easy task. To speak about Joanna Concepcion isn't easy as a realtor a few months ago we contacted her after a friend highly recommended her. Joanna is a pleasure to work with she is professional and diligent and most of all she looks out for her customers. She walks that extra mile without any hesitation. She is on top of everything. Showing Coops and Condos and walked us through the process without feeling she was pushing or rushing. She assured me many times you will know when the right Coop or Condo comes you'll feel it. After looking several places finally I found the right one. She right away got to work and moved things fast. The process was a little slow not because of her but because the management Joanna kept calling and making sure things worked out for us. Never did I feel she was not engaged. Before submitting all the required paperwork Joanna sat with us and went through every step one by one. Joana is thoroughly thoughtful, and meticulous. If I could give her 10 stars instead of 5 I would. As I said isn't easy to describe Joanna all I have to say her work is optimal and as her client, I am very satisfied with her.
